VintagePrints is the trading name of E J Williams.

 

Our Prints are reproduced from Original Vintage Posters owned by the National Railway Museum Collection. These posters can be up to 100 years old and therefore any blemishes on the original poster will be reproduced on the fine art print and is not an indication of a problem with any printing processes that our suppliers employ.

Our suppliers use state of the art printing processes to provide you with the best possible quality print.

 

Internet Payment

 

We operate a PayPal secure portal whereby internet purchases can be made to G M Williams using your paypal account or credit/debit card. Your bank account will record a payment to Vintageprints.

 

Mail Order Payment

 

We do accept Cheques for mail order but we will have to allow up to 28 days for the cheque to clear before goods can be despatched.

Please make cheques payable to E J Williams.

 

Postage

 

We use Royal Mail Standard delivery.

Provided the items ordered are in stock, prints will be despached within two working days, other products please allow 3-10 working days for delivery.

There is a charge range from £2.99 upto £5.99 depending on the size of the order to cover the cost of postage and packing for each order placed.

If the item is out of stock, you can still request by email, but please allow 14-21 days for delivery.

 

Returns Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Simply contact us for a Returns Number and send the goods back within 30 days of purchase. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us.  Customers are responsible for any postage for returning unwanted goods (this doesn't include damaged or incorrect items see below).

 

If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
